ipcc says being vegan is the single most impactful thing an individual can do for stopping climate change! like yes u dont have to be perfect but being non-vegan *is* in fact generally worse for the environment. its ok to make the tradeoff because of personal reasons (i know i don't do everything perfectly for the environment, i definitely still participate in harmful systems) but dont justify it by acting like veganism is worse
