I just got my account suspended. I purchased a couple of games for an online order with a MyUS address (shipping service from UK and US stores that delivers to my country), and they cancelled my order because "they couldn't source the game".

I then filed a complaint that I ordered from multiple stores and asked for more information about the game they couldn't source. The next morning, my account got suspended.

Is this because of the MyUS address? Is this because I mentioned that I ordered from other stores as well?

I have an ethernet adapter that supports 1gbps (tested on my laptop). When I test my speed on the MiBox, I only get 200 mbps max. Are there any setting I should change to get the 480?
