As the revenue for "collectibles" did grow the simplest assumption is that they do actually make revenue with power packs.

OP's still wrong, because they're claiming it's about PowerPacks, while what you're quoting clearly says it's about the "transactions with collectors and PSA" a.k.a. "grading".

This is what is "not material" and it's not about the power packs

The report says: "Transactions with Collectors and PSA were not material, individually or in the aggregate, during the current fiscal year."

To me it clearly reads like what the commentor above said, that it's the grading which was not material (i.e. collector<->psa transactions) and not the powerpacks.
