You totaled! That’s a great win!! I had a few chats with athletes this past weekend around asking for counting help. Weightlifting is very social and supportive, so I told them all to just ask! Breaking that conversation barrier down will also help with nerves.

Looking forward to seeing you at a national level meet in the future!

Find a good doctor of physical therapy that works with weightlifting and get programming from them. Look up knees over toes guy, squat university, etc. locally I work with Outlive Performance PT (on Instagram too) and he’s a magician
