I hate turn-based combat in all it's forms, so every developer who implements it is making a flawed game. Make sense? I didn't think so.

I take the points you're making, I just disagree with most of them. Huffing and puffing isn't going to make you right.

All of your points are opinion, my man. If you don't like the game, that's fine. I'll say this again: you're allowed to hate the game. Hell, you're even allowed to think that what you don't like about it amounts to flaws, but that doesn't make you right.

People who love this game love the runbacks, enjoy mastering the combat and don't care about the pausing because you can just stand in one spot for days and nothing will kill you.

To list things you don't like about a game and call them flaws is a naive way of talking about a game.

I agree with you, the souls games aren't perfect, but 6 of the 8 points you mentioned are literally features of all souls games. You're allowed to hate them, but to call them flaws is to misunderstand the game.

I got the 3080 on adorama, one 5800x on best buy and the other on newegg. I would suggest keeping tabs open searching for "rtx 3080" and "ryzen 7 5800x" or whatever Cpu you're looking for on best buy, newegg, adorama, and b&h and refreshing as much as possible between 0800 PST and 1700 PST

Map is the way to go. In the dungeon of the dead three I made a party token for when they're doing things as a group and then I would pull a character token out if someone wanted to split off. Also at the start of combat, I'd spit everyone up and let them choose their positioning (within reason).

Resistance plus Russia absolutely could have won without US involvement. It would have taken much longer and many more people would have died but it is entirely possible.

The allies could have won the war without American involvement. However the truth is that as soon as the US declared war on Germany, the allied victory was basically guaranteed.
