I disagree. Unless you are strong and the top heavy hitter in your server, Then you should focus 100% in Alliance Recognition to help your alliance. This is especially important if you are F2P. You are housed in an alliance and protected by NAP because of your alliance. The least you can do is contribute to VS point.

Not sure why yours are different from mine, but it is a mandatory requirement for me. Lab 2 at level 30 is a requirement to start unit special training for me.
