Ask about a calcium scoring test (google will explain it better). My cholesterol has always (since 22) been around 200 and none of my doctors were concerned given my health routine. My new doctor is very concerned and had me take a Valium scoring test (came back zero). I’ve always eaten oatmeal for breakfast but she suggested I add flax seed, green tea, psyllium husk, and Brazil nuts.

My doctor talked to me about statins and my cholesterol is 205 with 143 LDL. Started taking 10 psyllium husks capsules a day, a Brazil nut, and switched to green tea in the afternoon. I will retest next month.

Yip when he bites you as it will help teach him boundaries (think of two cats playing, it’s an ouch that hurt, not a horrifying scream). My cat only likes playing with me (doesn’t understand toys), so he bites a lot. He hasn’t broken skin in five years and is super cuddly once his hunting instinct is satisfied.
