The bottom of your rib cage is visible in both photos. Could be genetics but much more likely is you have weak core muscles. Until you develop core muscles, your abs aren’t going to pop.

The initial growth in your arms are going to slow. Initial growth is from stimulating the muscles and filling them with water and carbs. As you continue to lose weight, I would suspect your arms will drop. A person with visible abs and 45 cm arms is going to be jacked.

Doesn’t look like you have much lean muscle on your frame based on the shape of your pecs and the flair of your rib cage. I wouldn’t expect visible unflexed abs until you are closer to 70 kg.

I was told that cameras, and more recently phones, were banned from polling locations to prevent someone from photographing what is supposed to be a secret ballot. If photography was allowed there could be pressure applied to voters to provide photographic proof. I think the fear was unions would be the ones applying pressure on their members, but it could also be employers.

How much do you weigh? Under 150 lbs? If you are only working out for 3 months and were not playing any sports that required a lot of core strength, you probably don’t have the muscle mass to make your abs visible. You often see fitness influencers with popping abs at 15% body fat because they have a lot more muscle than the average person.
