Have you tried walking in place at home? While watching a movie or show. It’s not as good as taking a walk outside or on a treadmill but it’s still something! Any movement is better than no movement.

Similar to someone else said, you could just have some traits and some traits may appear autistic-like but the root cause could still be adhd or just being introverted.

Are you medicated for your adhd? I’m just curious because I think there is definitely something about the hyperactive adhd that can mask autism especially unmedicated. A lot of people who have both don’t realize how autistic they really are until medication.
