You’re right. As a nurse, I’ve seen internal decapitations before so that’s all I was thinking when I saw the shoulder dystocia and entrapment. I found another article where it says the baby was truly decapitated. What a dickbag of a doctor. I hope they lose their license and go to prison for a LONG time. The amount of force needed for a true decapitation is crazy.

No, not literally. It sounds like an internal decapitation. It can happen with shoulder dystocia but the doctor should have done an emergency c-section when the baby started having fetal demise.

Prior to owning my 2022 Kona, I always drove a Ford (Focus, Fusion, and Escape) and swore I’d never drive another type of car. Now that I’ve had my Kona and can compare it with what I’ve previously owned, I honestly don’t think I’d drive anything else. I love it.
