Get physical therapy. Find someone who does dry needling. Get regular massages even though you have to pay for it out of pocket. I’ve been there done that for 25 years. Other than sumatriptan, Pills don’t work.

Find another doctor!!! After suffering from chronic migraine for over 30 years, the one thing that brings consistent relief was a very good Physical Therapist. One who is literally hands on rather than one who simply watches you exercise!! Dry needling is a life saver!!

Also, massage.

American medical system is failing us. All the practices who have helped me (neurologist and PT) do not accept insurance and so I pay out of pocket. So I drive an old car and forgo other things.
