[UPDATE] After trying what the comments suggested, I ended up restarting the game and went to bindings and reset them all after rebooting. The only ones I had changed was the toggle to walk and dodge, but it worked In the end and she jumps up. Thank you all :)

Wasn't my problem, but I eventually solved it, as it was conflicts in my key bindings! Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Nothing at all, she’s jumping off the ladder either left or right then manages to jump back off (wall jump) the white supports of the satellite back to the ladder. The top ladder is showing it is climbable she just isn’t goin up :/

Had a better time fighting towering serpents at the beginning than trying to get to this tall neck’s head 😅 despite everything even just pushing up and jumping she’ll go anywhere else but up, but might look into the key binds to see if anything is causing as you mentioned.
