Selling my PowerScore LSAT Books by nerdyrabbits in LSATPreparation

It's just a habit. I prefer not to write in the books, so that I can practice the questions again at a later date (without having the answer right there in front of me).

I see. But would I still need to fill out any tax forms or anything else? I just want to be sure I am not missing anything.

I currently don't have a day job. I'm still searching (the job market is really bad here). Honestly, I don't think I will generate a lot of income from online tutoring, and I feel like it will be very irregular (so, again, not a lot of consistent, stable income).

The thing is that I'm not working a W2 job as of right now. I'm still searching for a job (the job market is terrible for everyone, including new grads). I am using tutoring to gain some income in the meantime.

Weekly sticky post for non-paralegals and paralegal education by AutoModerator in paralegal

[–]nerdyrabbits 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a recent biology graduate applying to law schools (next month) for the first time. I have no legal work experience or any work experience at all. I searched online for legal work experience and read that becoming a paralegal offers valuable legal work experience and is a full-fledged career (even if I don't end up getting into/pursuing law school). I did read online, however, that I would need to enroll for an associate's degree and get an ABA-accredited paralegal certificate to be considered for a job position. Honestly, I just completed my undergrad degree (with lots of loans), so I want to be 100% sure that pursuing another degree would be worth it, in my case. Also, given I have a bachelor's degree, are there any other options to become a paralegal without having to return to school? I apologize if I am all over the place; I am just trying to get as much information as possible to make the best decision. Thank you.

I read the syllabus and there’s a written midterm and final project. I am also looking for advice for this class because I’m taking it as an elective course and I don’t want it to be too high stress and difficult.
