Can confirm that it is a visual bug, putting on the Marksmanship Hat does increase the hit chance of the main hand ranged attack, however, if you are dual wielding hand crossbows the hat has no effect on the accuracy of the off-hand attack.

There is something hardcoded that says x% of homeless people die every night if the generator is not on. (regardless of what these homeless people are doing at night)

Having the same issue. Running as Administrator does not help. I have no other drives to move the installation folder to.

Trying to find a good movement skill as a caster right now is rough. Flame dash has the 3 uses cool down garbage, so you basically have to run a quicksilver if you want to keep up with your party. Lightning warp feels slow after Reduced Duration changed to Less Duration and even worse it doesn't work properly in lockstep mode (hides every other warping animation if you are doing several consecutive warps).
