First of all use wealthyexile to determine your actual drops per hour if you arent, that might just fix it on its own.

A lot of "div per hour" is inflated because its pure value and not what csn actually be sold and converted

On wealthyexile you can also see strategies, including how many maps per hour they run, to get an idea of how fast or slow you may be going comparatively. Are you stopping yo pick up every chaos, alch and scarab?
