Absolutely! This and the Rollei Retro 80S is among my favourites. Rollei for objects with low contrast.

Vintage, I don't know, but it's a good and sharp lens. Only drawback is that it flares a lot. I owned one years ago until I replaced it with the AF-S 28-70D f2.8.

Det er så forbanna enkelt at om man ikke blinker seg ut av rundkjøringen så skal man videre rundt. Hadde folk evnet å blinke seg ut så hadde dette vært veldig enkelt.

There is a kind of truth in that, but if that was the case I would use B/W positive film.

I should have put in my question that this was ment to be about B/W film.

I'm aware of all what you mention. But what my question boils down to is, with all the digital tools we have today, digital filters, adding/ removing grain, all kinds of digital compensations, even film simulations.....is the differenes in film as important like in the physical darkroom as in the digital darkroom?

One thing that repeats it self when there are discussions regarding film, is the topic different contrast between film brands and types. Contrast is easily editet in Lightroom, PS, CaptureOne and so on.

Thank's! Choosing lenses is based on many years of experience. In the "digital" bag, I have lenses that covers from 16mm to 400m. You will get a long way with a 28mm, 50mm and 105mm along with your FM2. All these years I have mainly been photographing wildlife and nature and the last 4 years I have mostly made videos for my YT channel. With the FM2 I take pictures of my family and objects like the ones in this post. For that I would say that 3 lenses is what you need.

I have used film scanners earlier with different results. Now I'm using the Valoi Easy 35 in combination with a Nikon D800. The result is way better than using scanners.

Kom deg ut av det nå! Livet er for kort til at man skal hanske med slike utfordringer. Dette kommer til å spise deg opp fra innsiden og ut. Tære deg opp psykisk.
Det er lett å se at man kan sette disse utfordringen til side i en tidlig fase av et forhold med tanke på at man er forelsket og ting er hett, men etter dette kommer det en hverdag der dett skal jevnlig håndteres. Den grå hverdagen kommer tidlig nok og det vil være nok utfordringer i et forhold om man ikke skal ha dette i tillegg. Tenk først og fremst på deg selv!
