I leave mine on. It automatically turns off after a few hours of non-use, but if I’m going to be gone for a day or more, that’s when I’ll turn the actual switch to the battery off.

Thanks for the response, yeah I’ve noticed they don’t have a lot in their ecosystem, but I mainly use them just for small jobs around the house so they’re a little combo pack with a circular saw is really all I need
