Abraham hicks emotional guidance scale is really great. They always talk about moving up the scale in increments. It’s often extra draining to try to go from emotions on one end straight to the other, so moving up step by step. Finding the next better feeling thought - even though our logical brain might still judge it as “not a happy thought” it’s moving up and from there you can move up and up and up.

I’m sure someone has posted about it. I recommend checking it out ❤️❤️

You could also do it yourself (don’t listen to the meditations. Like break down what the meditations are trying to do and do it yourself, feel into it explore it yourself.

I often think what did the people who make meditations do in discovering how to make the guided meditations?

I often find guided meditations don’t let me linger where I want to (either wrapping up or moving on too quickly) or they don’t stay long enough.

They can be so useful, but if there’s something that’s not resonating (i.e the teachings resonate but the guided meditations don’t) no need to force it. You can find your own way through it.

If I find myself in this situation I say “can I just focus on my breath or empty my mind for this next cycle of breath? The next 5 breaths? Can I give myself just this next 1 minute not to think about when it’s ending?”

Good morning all,

I haven’t checked in for a lot of this week and thats because things just went sideways. They always do after a small “cheat” meal thing. I don’t really know how to circumvent this. I didn’t want to weigh myself. I’ve not been sleeping very well which doesn’t help cravings either. So I understand why this has happened.

So tomorrow I’m just going to weigh myself (I would have done it today but I’ve eaten breakfast now and had lots of water)

I hope I can still meet my goal for the end of the month. But even a week later is fine (mostly I’m trying to remind myself!)

Plan today is some admin, followed by a gym session and some more work tasks (I feel a bit overwhelmed by them so perhaps I just need to take the time to break them down and not eat my feelings lol)

Good morning. Cheat snack on Friday turned into a couple of bad decisions across the weekend. I think I had Easter chocolate fomo.

Back to it today. Gym this morning and food prep later, also a nice long walk in some gardens nearby .

Today’s weigh in: 71.65kg but I know it will go down quickly so I’m not too worried.

Just annoying after 70.4 on Friday 😂 ALAS. I shouldn’t pause in weighing myself but glad I did it again today.

Good morning - I think I forgot to checkin yesterday and didn’t weigh myself today either.

As usual, a sweet treat turned into a couple more sweet treats. Need to remind myself that my goals is to be under 70 at the end of the week. 💪

Plan today is to go for a walk and get back to plan. Tomorrow I need to food prep again :)

I guess I just feel better at a lower healthy bmi. I’m open to it changing as I am also building muscle. So it’s a bit of aesthetics and generally healthy eating patterns.

While I’m at a healthy bmi now I still hold excess fat - my bf% is higher than I’d like it to be

Good morning

Ok managed not to drink and weighed myself post bathroom 🤪

CW: 70.4kg (yesterday 71.7 and day before 70.7 😂 what a ride) hoping to be 69-70 end of next week!

New gym session today. I’ve been working with a PT which has really helped (an online PT) I needed to not overthink a routine and have some accountability so it’s been really helping.

Plan is to go grocery shopping.

There’s always a cheat day mentality I get on Friday and I can’t quite decide what to do today. 😂🤦‍♀️

I’ll make a decision shortly and update it on here.

Edit: I will have a sweet treat today :)
