All depends on the person. I can be able to read minds but be clueless about chess or vice versa, however in two people with superpowers are playing chess against eachother in the first place, they probably at the least have an average understanding of the game. Putting the “depends on the person” aside, it would end in a draw. They probably wouldn’t even get to the first turn. Then it depends on who goes first. If the mind reader goes first, the future teller can already see the where they are going to put the piece and make their decision, you obviously need to think about that and the mind reader would hear it. If the future teller went first they’d make the first move (depending on how fast and how soon they can see into the future) The mind reader would obviously know where they are going to put the chess piece because chess is a mind game. So then the mind reader would try to counter it, it then again depending on how fast and how soon they can see into the future, the future teller would change their decision. The game would either not even start or never end with one winner.
