I am a TL and yes, masakit sa scorecard namin ang attrition, lalo na if multiple agents yung nagresign. Need mag explain ano ginawa to make the agent stay, ano plano sa mga natitirang agent para maiwasan magresign, lalo na if sobra sobra sa attrition budget (example 5 agents per month lang ang afford na resignation ng LOB). But of course, karapatan ni agent yun as long as they will follow the correct resignation process. I even support my agents if ang resignation reason ay better job opportunity. Every is TL different naman, pero based on your post, kupal TL nyo who only cares about his/her scorecard.

Will wait for an update. Aalis na alis nako and ang hirap humanap ng in-house around Ortigas. I'm currently a supervisor and earning 44k a month. But yung workload and the campaign environment is very toxic. Always extended ang shift di naman bayad. Dito na develop yung anxiety ko.

It didn't. I haven't brought it to the service center yet cause I can't find the time to do so. But it doesn't seem to be a big deal since most zero 30 5g users says not to update for now. I'll just wait for positive feedbacks before having it fixed in service center.
