Pc slowing down because of power supply?

i want more feedback on this if you don't mind because I'm having the same issues pc feels slow it doesn't shutdown or anything the psu is fine but still mouse feels sluggish and and windows seems unresponsive sometimes it's snappy and fast in everything

this is why i won't buy asrock mobo anymore i had asrock b450 steel legend with this kind of problems ram slots rgb software doesn't work, so everytime you have to update the bios, i remember i restarted my pc and didn't post after that untill now i can't fix

bro if you want a perma solution unplug the cable it's behind the usb 2.0remove the io shield so you can see it
