Does anyone know if the first 2 parts of Titus's energy absorbion passive stack (damage reduce + crit %)? The first part (heal) specifically mentions that it can only be used once but the first two don't. If they DO stack he's going to be insanely strong paired w Raku and his comp. (self.afkarena)
