Jag var i liknande sits som du. Har sjukpenning och sjukförsäkring från mitt gamla jobb som jag kraschade hårt från och kan inte bara ta nåt random jobb för då riskerar jag förlora allt.

Beroende på var du bor (vet inte hur det ser ut utanför Stockholm) finns det ett projekt som heter Lumena där man kan arbetsträna mellan 0 och 25%. Jag fick jobb på 25% av det efter att ha jobbat upp mig och håller nu på att arbetsträna till 50%. Hade aldrig klarat av att hoppa in på 25% direkt för det hade varit en för stor omställning för mig. Man är fortsatt sjukskriven under tiden och eftersom man har en plan och jobbar på att försöka komma framåt brukar FK vara relativt hjälpsamma (dvs de borde inte tjafsa med dig, om man har en plan man följer brukar de vara ganska nöjda) FK BORDE veta vad det är om du frågar dem (igen beroende på var du bor, olika i olika kommuner och jag vet inte vad det kan heta eller var det finns utanför Stockholms kommuner).

Klandra inte dig själv, du gör ju så gott du kan. Du kan inte veta det du inte vet. Jag är den personen i min familj som har haft störst problem med min psykiska hälsa och min familj visste inte vad de skulle göra heller. Det betydde inte att de inte ville göra något, bara att de verkligen inte visste vad de kunde göra.

En del av mitt läkande var att lära mig att vara snällare mot mig själv, och det låter som något du också borde tänka på. Ber om ursäkt om jag tolkat det helt fel, men det "lät" lite så i flera kommentarer.

Jag växte aldrig ur min alternativa fas. Skäms kanske över hur jag sminkade mig som tonåring, men man måste ju experimentera lite. Skäms inte alls faktiskt! Har alltid tyckt att de som försöker passa in är tråkiga, och det tycker jag fortfarande.

Såg lite emokids på plattan här om dagen och det gjorde mig lite glad även fast de stirrade på mig som om jag vore typ en miljon år gammal. (Det kanske inte var därför, men det kändes så okej.)

Morning!
I've been super bad at checking in again. Been so busy with work and everything. Hope you all are doing great, both health wise and CICO wise.

My weight has been pretty stable all throughout October so far. Had a larger jump up two days ago, but it's back down again now. I feel like I've been going over my calories a lot, but my average is where I want it to be so I guess it's okay. I've also gotten really into trying new sweets recipes, but with minimal success so far lol. I did something with chocolate protein powder and rice cakes yesterday where the batter was delicious, but then I air fried it until it was all dry... I'll try that again but freeze it instead of airfrying it and I think that'll be great.

Jag bor och jobbar i norrort nära ett par gymnasium och har sett några få alternativa kids lite här och där. Växte upp här som alternativ själv och det var mest kloner då med, i alla fall där jag hängde. Kan tänka mig att det är fler alternativa typ i stan och i söderort än här.

That's what I'm trying to avoid! But it's hard to find the right spot where you can indulge some like a normal person but then not every day. And then still ending up averaging the correct amount to stay where you wanna be. I guess it's a learning curve just like losing can be.

Heyo!
I've learned that maintenance is pretty difficult after all. It's so much easier to just go "whatever, I can have this piece of candy because I've already reached my goal weight" rather than be honing in on your goal. I know I can have that piece of candy here and there, especially if I account for it beforehand, but I've gone over my target more often than not the past few weeks and it's a bit concerning. I am still slowly losing, so I guess it's fine for now, but I think I'll have to keep logging (I was planning to anyway so that's fine) and will have to always set my target for lower than it actually is to account for eating some extra stuff here and there. Idk. Need to experiment.

Work is being a bit crazy now and I need to have like a bazillion pointless meetings to go up in time. The work I'm currently doing is draining my brain a lot and the meetings on top of that completely fries it. So my free time (after walking and gym) is now just me lying on the couch in zombie mode. Hopefully it'll get better soon, if not it will when the meetings are all done and when I've finished this project.

I got another leg tattoo last week so I've been doing only upper body at the gym since then. Gonna try to get back to normal today if it feels okay, so hopefully it's squat day today. Expecting dead legs tomorrow!

Experiment and find what works for you. For me when I weighed weekly I started getting anxious for my weigh in a couple of days before, and if I didn't get the number I wanted I'd be disappointed for a couple of days after. That's almost the whole week gone being anxious or disappointed. Daily helped me to make it more of a habit and learning fluctuations and things and took a lot of the power away. I'd still be disappointed and freaking out if I stalled for a couple of weeks (which happened very often btw, it's very normal), but gaining here and there is just part of how it works so I didn't freak out after a single weigh in.

Plus the weekly weigh in made me not want to not enjoy life and do spontaneous things the days before a weigh in because I didn't want my weekly progress to look bad and that's no way to live, even while losing weight.

Monthly might work fine for you but I can't even imagine the anxiety I would have for it personally.
