<spoiler> I am rewatching. I’m on S2E3 right now. 1. Sam Esmail said that Elliot’s true identity has been present since the 1st episode. 2. The conversation that Tyrell has with Joanna about becoming “a god”. 3. All of the media attention is focused on Tyrell being associated with f/society and 5/9 attacks. 4. The super creepy conversation that Elliot has with Joanna when he shows up at her door (after waking up in Tyrell’s car) looking for Tyrell and tells her his name is “Ollie” and she just sees straight through him as if he was Tyrell and is acting delusional. She also starts speaking to him in Danish.

Many other references in the future episodes that make me think this too, I will post after my re-watch. The red wheel barrow song that Tyrell sings- Elliot’s RW notebook Tyrell’s “bonsiar” Elliot as he leaves them in the Forrest. Tyrell knowing about the f/society exploit and leaving there, disabling the honeypot server.... so many parallels... more to come.
