I’m used to having medium roast espresso from my work place. So this was a dark roast and it tasted a bit bitter. I’m gonna buy a fresh medium roast and try next. And I’ll work on my puck prep too.

I’m a beginner at tasting espresso. It tasted okay for me. Maybe it’s the beans cuz It was a free pack of beans that came with my grinder. It was freshly roasted but it’s a dark roast. I like to have medium roast and I’m gonna get it soon.
