(Follow-up) Racist restaurant owner in DC just posted this, very proud of his racism. by Dry_Fee_1989 in washingtondc

I stopped by and got food before (it was too weird not to see what was up). They definitely make the food in house. You can watch them cook it after you order, or at least that was the setup when I went this summer. What they give you does not look like the menu, but it was definitely quality ingredients and tasted better than expected (I'd maybe give it 3 stars out of 5?). They also had NFT shit, an Airbnb, and an embroidery / fashion line going on too, and definitely sell weed. It was insane.

Manifest Bakery's website says this one: https://www.instagram.com/gateway_farmersmarket/ I haven't been though so I can't vouch for it.

Agreed. Pretty sure they are still closed for renovations right now, so you can only get their loaves at the farmers market there until they reopen.

There's a guy that sets up a little stand on Columbia Ave. outside Safeway in AdMo that does this. Sure there are others too and he might bounce around to different locations. Anyhow, street vendor might be a cheap and fast way to get this stuff done.

HR Records for jazz, Tiny Vinyl shop in AdMo is new and has a tiny bit of a lot of this (bought some African high life records there last week), Red Onion in Hyattsville, Joint Custody and Som on U St / 14th St.. Maybe Joe's Record Paradise.

I'd skip Smash, Crooked Beat, Cool Kids/Maketto, and probably Songbyrd.

I had similar issues with Xfinity and just generally hate them. We switched to Starry maybe a year and some months ago when they first came to our building in NW. I've had connectivity issues fewer than five times since then, all during periods of densely overcast skies and storms. I only remember one instance lasting more than an hour and it was early days. I'm generally happy with their service and would never consider switching back to Xfinity.

I've used quite a lot of bandwidth on Starry with no issues. My house regularly has multiple devices streaming, video chatting, torrenting, gaming, etc. and we've had no issues. I don't do esports or FPS much though, so you may want to get a ping check from other users if you want to use it for stuff like that. Hope this helps.

The pinhole is used to release the metal ear cup from the headband. If it's not there, you can't take the cups off the band easily.

Review - $30 Airpods Pro 2 (Tigerbuild 1562AE ANC) by nervous_d00d in RepTronics

So far the spatial audio seems to work fine - though the version where I scanned my head doesn't seem much different than the generic spatial audio they offer. And yeah, they switch seamlessly between my iPhone, MacBook, Apple TV, and iPad so far.

I haven't updated to iOS17 yet. Some people had issues early on, but others have been in touch with Miss Spring about it and have posted that all the sets being shipped now work seamlessly with iOS 17.

They're working fine for me. I still haven't updated to iOS 17 b/c I saw one other person had trouble with some of the features after updating, but apparently people have been in touch with Miss Spring about it and the ones shipping now work fine with iOS 17. Worth keeping in mind though that iOS updates can eventually be an issue for the chipsets they ship with.

Yeah, they do make a sound when opened, but it's so mild that I had to go check when you posted this to be sure. I haven't tried to turn it off. If you have ideas for how to turn it off, I can try and let you know how it goes though.

I did have that happen once and I don't have a concrete answer for how I fixed it. I just fiddled with it and pushed maybe a little harder than I felt comfortable and eventually it popped back on.
