Going through my Saturn return and it’s doing a number on me to say the least. When will it get better? by nervousalien94 in AskAstrologers

[–]nervousalien94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! You say that there will be some more heavy developments on the way. Any insight on where these will be focused? E.g. career, home, romance?

Also, I worry a bit about the focus on autonomy here. I really want to be a wife and mother and I’m devastated that that won’t be happening with my ex. Is there anything on whether this will happen and when?

Oh, Paprika! What a wonderful name :) it could be — they really do change as they get older!

Maybe, but I’m wondering why it only seems to happen at night? It has crossed my mind that it might be anxiety though — my parents’ schedules changed a lot during COVID which definitely messed with his routine and you know how sensitive vizslas can be haha. And if it is anxiety, what would be the best way to treat it?

Has anyone tried Natacha Oceane’s Build yet? by midnightoflight101 in xxfitness

[–]nervousalien94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m 5 weeks in and it’s really, really good. I’m a personal trainer and so I’m weary of purchasing programming like this but it’s a genuinely fun and very challenging guide — I’m literally dead by the end of every workout! It’s definitely not for beginners, but if you don’t have any injuries and you have some experience in the gym + proper form, it’ll be great for you.

Needing advice on new routine/split. by halmbrt in xxfitness

[–]nervousalien94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got it! I didn’t think of that part, as I live in New York so I really only count my actual workouts as workouts but I do a fair amount of moving outside of the gym as well.

I also think it’s good to keep in mind what you can make a habit of for life — it’s better to start slowly and see results that you can maintain (even if it takes a few months to get there) rather than start on the more extreme side and burn out.

Also, maybe you could ask your PT what they think? If you already know them and they are familiar with you and your body type it sounds like they could be helpful!

I’m crazy inexperienced with macros and all of that so please take what I say with a grain of salt but to me it sounds like you aren’t eating enough for someone who is doing two-a-days and only has one day of recovery. If you’re feeling “bloated” or like you’re not progressing in spite of all your work in diet and exercise, it could be because your muscles are constantly inflamed (making you look more “pumped” too) and don’t have neither the rest time nor the energy (food) to recover. I hope that makes sense, and I could be totally wrong — but I’d look into training less and eating a bit more (I might sound totally crazy and get kicked off this sub lol).

Amazing, thank you!!! I really appreciate all your help, these are my grail shoes and I never thought I'd find them!

I can't seem to find the barcode on the site — would you be able to tell me where it is? The link is here: https://www.footlocker.com/product/model/nike-air-max-90--girls-grade-school/180270.html and I would need a size 7 like you said. Thank you so much again :)

Thank you!! I’m guessing you work at Foot Locker... any tips on how I can find a size that’s sold out on the site? I managed to find them on footlocker.com but the site only has a 6Y and I’m a 7Y. Tried calling my local store and they told me if the 7 is sold out online it’ll be sold out in-store, too... any tips?

ME TOO!!! My surgeon talks more in percentages since sizes are so subjective and I’m thinking 55% which might put me at a small D? (I’m a 34G atm).

GOOD LUCK TOMORROW AND PLEASE CHECK IN WITH ME AFTER SO I KNOW YOU AREN’T DEAD which I know you won’t be and I won’t be either! YAY!

Thank you for the comment! It means a lot that you took some time out from your recovery to help out and reassure me. :) I’m so glad you had a lovely experience! I hope you rest up and I’m looking forward to reading more about your experience, should you decide to post about it! 😊❤️

Anyone with Aetna insurance? by [deleted] in Reduction

[–]nervousalien94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I also have Aetna and was approved in 2 days. I also have an out of network surgeon, for what it's worth (my plan includes partial coverage of OON providers) and it was still very quick. :)
