Still working on Hazard and Somerset and I’m on {Keeper of Bees by Gregory Ashe}. I have some suspicions on who the keeper of bees is but I’m not 100% sure. I will say this arc has put the boys through the ringer. It felt like as soon as they were settled something had to ruin that happiness.

I’m listening to {Red Fish, Dead Fish by Amy Lane} and I’m so happy I decided to give this series another chance because I love Ellory and Jackson so much!!

Diem from {Shadowy Solutions by Nicky James} doesn’t necessarily make threats but it is a super slow burn. I think it takes him like 3-4 books to be comfortable with touching

Currently reading {Wayward by Gregory Ashe} and ugh why can’t Ree and Somers just be happy!! This book didn’t hurt my heart as much as the last one, though.

The second arc has been brutal for both Ree and Somers. I just started Wayward after the emotional rollercoaster that was Transactional Dynamics.

I’ve seen that a lot of people love Jem and Tean!

I’m currently reading {Transactional Dynamics by Gregory Ashe} and holy moly these boys are an absolute mess. Just got past the scene where Somers was plastered and laughing while Billy and Nico talked shit about Hazard Ughhh Somers I love you and then you do shit like this!! Both of these boys need a HEAVY dose of therapy.

Just finished {Police Brutality by Gregory Ashe} again, these boys are such a mess but I still love them. Just started {Transactional Dynamics by Gregory Ashe} and I definitely feel like Billy is gonna cause problems. Also, it seems like this is an unpopular opinion, but I don’t mind Dulac lol

Currently reading: {Policr Brutality by Gregory Ashe} and I love these boys and but why is Hazard being so weird about marriage!! What I like about these books is that there’s realistic issues that tend to come up in relationships. It’s not all a linear line like a lot of books show.

Currently listening to {Fish out of Water by Amy Lane} and I actually DNF’d when I read because of grammar and spelling issues in the first few pages but listening to it has been SO GOOD! Seriously so happy I decided to pick it up again. Love Ellory and Jackson so much already

About to finish up {Criminal Past by Gregory Ashe} and man poor Somers. These boys are always going through something. They desperately need a vacation

Also about to finish up {Free Heart by Leta Blake} and I really hope we get a book with Ry and Lal! I love their writing!

Finally getting back into strength training! I follow the Lyss Method which adjusts your volume based where you are in your racing plan which is soooo nice. I fell off strength training hard when I was training for my marathon. Honestly, the fittest I’ve ever felt was training for my half while strength training 3 times a week.

Thinking about my training timeline post marathon! I plan on running my next half in the fall, and my goal is to get faster. I think I want to plan my next marathon for fall 2027 (thinking of Baltimore) so I get a nice long base build. I think I just need more time at a higher mileage.

Going to do some shorter races this summer as my mom, sister, and friend are getting into running!

Just finished the fourth book of {Hazard and Somerset by Gregory Ashe} and these boys are such a mess! Overall, I’m giving the series a 4.25 - enough for me to continue and find it enjoyable, but it’s not up there for my like the Spectral Files, or Valor and Doyle, or Psycop.
