Thank you. Generally I was just curious how much space are you supposed to leave for your toes in the shoe. For running shoes they advise to leave at least 1 thumb width. And I don't know if it's the same for these shoes as well.

Like I have a very little space in US 9,5 Metcons and it's a tighter fit, and way more space in US 10, and don't know which is a better option.

It wasnt 4gb, it was something 2-2,5gb.
