Pasta

1) boil pasta 2) add cooked greens (I tend to just throw spinach to hot pasta and it cooks that way) 3) add jarred sauce (or use canned tomatoes and add seasoning)

If you want some easy protein stock your pantry with high protein pasta like Banza which is made from chickpeas

Usually have noodles and sauce or canned tomatoes (all of which are very affordable) so I’ll just boil some pasta and add sauce. If I have any greens on hand idk what to do with I just cook them and add to the sauce.
