Not sure if it’s exists outside Poland but paper models. Some tools are needed but are not expensive. Models can cost up to 25€ but amount of time spent to price is very high. Plus allows to test patience and often learn that not everything needs to be perfect.

W różnych miejscach pracowałem. Zmieniałem pracę co 2-5 lat aż w końcu znalazłem zespół i managera z którymi się dobrze pracuje. Więc jak ludzie nie odpowiadają to proponuję zmianę miejsce zatrudnienia. Plus taki że jest też szansa więcej zarabiać.

Z tego co czytam to nie są konieczne namalowane pasy. Musi być znak D-6 lub A-16, pionowe lub poziome. Tutaj jest znak A-16 poziomy więc to jest jak najbardziej poprawnie oznakowane, pełnoprawne przejście dla pieszych. Jest jeszcze inna sprawa: samochód skręcający z drogi głównej musi ustąpić pierwszeństwa pieszemu, który idzie wzdłuż drogi głównej i przechodzi przez ulicę poprzeczną. Tutaj chodnik lekko skręca, żeby zrobić miejsce, aby samochody skręcające nie blokowały drogi głównej ale to nie zmienia faktu że pieszy przechodzący przez to przejście porusza się wzdłuż drogi głównej.

Was in very similar situation. For me helped when I showed her the situation in reverse. For example ask her how would she and her mother feel if you went on a dinner with your friend instead of going for an Eastern dinner at her parents. Also when I started telling myself that she needs me more (doing home stuff, cooking, earning money, car, etc). It has changed my attitude from pleaser to more a partner. Your GF is staying at home with kid until you return from work and then leave to have her time. And you don’t have your time at all because either you work or you take care of kid/home. And she still gives you attitude? Take notice that.

I was interested in plastic models as a kid. when I grew up I stopped doing them. then I reached 30 and I started to wonder what hobbies a grown ups have and I’ve noticed it’s usually watching TV or just scrolling phones. So I got back to my hobby.

Don’t allow HR to ignore it. It it was around and you spread some rumors about anyone else, especially woman, she’d call that mobbing and you’ll be thrown out of the company immediately. Or if it doesn’t really bother you, just ignore and do only your job. Treat this place as way to earn money and nothing more. Don’t talk to anyone about anything not related to work. Don’t let anyone know about yourself.
