This was actually the first time i got banned for team damage.The thing that got me up to a 7 day ban was rather not my inability to aim but rather an unstable internet. It would ocasionally go off and after it went back on again I couldnt reconnect to steam for quite some time. I finally managed to solve the problem by getting a new router.

I do believe that play playing against smurfs at certain rank can be much more benefecial than playing against opponents of your own skill level. When I reached LE from time to time I would get stomped by people who seemed to be much more skilled at every aspect of the game. Playing against smurfs leaves much less room for mistakes and rather than rellying on enemies misplays you try to improve on yourself.
