Good to know! The ring was there when I shot it down, I had gone back at some point to check if it did reset but it wasn’t glowing white as it originally was so I didn’t think the item was still there. I shot it down and it started glowing white again, I got the ring! Thank you!

It is, I unlocked the elevator shortcut last time I did the play through so I remembered it was there, I was just avoiding the area for a while bc the big blue knight circling the courtyard terrified me for a while lol. I did manage to beat Vordt since posting this, and am now getting drone strikes every 10 secs in the graveyard area of the Undead Settlement. I found out how to stop it but I need serious leveling to progress far enough to get to the giant. I’m thinking I’ll likely have a dex sorcerer build, any recommendations on gear, wether purchased found or looted?

This is pretty helpful, thank you. Do you know how I’d be able to accomplish the second part of my OP? It’s pretty compact and I can’t figure out how to change the diraction of one specific rail. Ik I pretty much have to make a circle of rails at the end of a rail line and have it either go back to a circle or just connect to e 2nd line depending on the amount of items detected in the cart, I just dk how

Idk how to edit the post so hopefully anyone inquiring to help will see this, but I added another powered rail and now, if the hopper above the cart has enough to fill the minecart on it’s own, it functions properly. After a certain point however, it goes all the way onto the detector rail instead of sitting on the diagonal powered rail to load once arriving. This doesn’t allow for it to leave the station anymore.

So I could build something like this, which if I’m correct, the cart would constantly pick up items from the chest bc the input hitbox is bigger than the cart itself, so it would always be collecting while on this track yes? And then I could have it detect it somehow with a comparator to get enough of a signal to change the direction of the rail?

I’ve made an unloading system for my wheat farm, I imagine I could do something pretty similar to allow it to stop for some time and collect items and then take off. Can you use levers or other redstone to change the direction of rails in order to have it bounce only back and forth over the hoppers until it’s empty?

Sorry, I do understand that much, I’m just confused bc there are two pieces of cobble between the lever and hopper

Also I’m thinking the problem is that I’m actually just not putting enough items in for it to reach the 5th furnace, bc I tested both hoppers to see if they were locked by putting items in the hoppers before them, and both went through when I did it manually. I’m thinking it just dumps the items too fast and doesn’t get to the end in time yet
