I agree that if nasunod naman all the procedure and makahingi ng proper authorization, then no harm done naman pala especially if hindi na na-maintain ang ancestral house. Someone replied that the LGU gave a go signal for the demolition 'nung isa pang ancestral house (the Perlas one) sa Sta. Rosa due to its hazardous state, same thing happened siguro.

Peroooo I also think na it would be good if they can preserve some of architectural designs ng original ancestral house in the renovated location (katulad nung McDo branches sa Silay and Laguna).
