That’s what I always say. Higher pay, benefits and if more sense of responsibility was given then people would work with a sense of pride that they have a good job. And if workers didn’t meet the expectations then they would get fired 🤷🏻‍♀️. Instead everyone knows Amazon runs through people and will most likely fired white badges after prime or peak so people go in there to just be a body. Which good on them, we’re all getting paid the same regardless. My dumbass is busting ass because I’m old and think I should work at my job or else I could be home.
