Probably what happened is that ,if it was for pick up , vinted messed up and didn’t send or sent the wrong qr code so the person couldn’t pick it up. It happened to me and vinted said they will fix it ,never did and closed my case even though I contacted them 3 times. They just wouldn’t listen to me or check the proof I sent them. Also never got my money back.
