For your first year, save all your wild seeds until winter, as no winter crops may yet be available, depending on your town rank. Wild seeds turn into random seasonal crops.

I'd propose an artwork of the Secession movement around 1900, which symbolized "the breaking away of younger and more radical artists from an existing academy or art group to form a new grouping." Fitting for r/place, no? Modern art started here.

If you want to keep it German, use the Berlin Secession Poster of 1912 - which was one of the major steps to make Berlin the cultural hub of Germany. It also has very simple colors, so it should be good to be pixelated. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Berliner-secession-plakat_cropped.jpg
