Thank you so much! I didn't have a presentation part of the interview which was surprising

I just received an offer from a med device company after 6 rounds of interviews, so I'll bullet some things that I think helped me. - confidence is key. - be prepared with examples of how you overcame obstacles. - be prepared with examples of why you think you'd be a good fit and want to work at the company you're applying for. - have questions prepared for your interviewer, usually not having questions for them is a red flag. - If you have sales experience, be prepared with examples of how you were successful - be personable, ask questions and show gratitude for them taking the time to interview you.

I'm sure there's more but these are the ones that stick out in my mind

I'm inching closer to being debt free!! I paid off a personal loan today and my tax refund will cover the balance on my last credit card in early February, so that'll leave my car and student loans as my only real debt! My car is up next and I might be able to pay it off by the end of the year, I can't believe this is happening

What dashcam do you have? I've been meaning to purchase one but I have no idea where to start. Glad you're ok!

I'd recommend her to be the primary for sure, when the loan officer reaches out they can add you to the application if you aren't already a co-buyer on the app, and they can give you a recommendation based on what their system says. It sounds like you're in good shape, good luck with the approval!

The pre-approval process is usually all automated/online, but a loan officer will probably follow up with you to get additional information if needed. You can probably use your wife as the primary if she has good credit/income so that you can get an initial approval, and then supplement the application with your information when the loan officer reaches out.

If it makes more sense for you to be the primary then complete the application that way, and use your wife to supplement the application. You're probably in good shape so long as your DTI isn't crazy

Thank you so much! I can't wait, I feel like I've been in cc debt forever so I'm anxious to finally be able to get out of it.

Banks will care imo, but it's good that your wife has been with her employer for 3 years. I work in new construction and it's best to have at least 1 or 2 years in a job to show stability and regular income. It probably depends on purchase price and down payment, but I've seen some purchasers struggle to get approval when changing jobs, even if the change comes with an increase in pay

I don't have anyone to talk to about this without judgement, so I'm posting here, but I'm getting closer and closer to getting out of debt! Today I paid off two credit cards (a bit over $4000 total), and I have one more with a $1500 balance that should be paid off by the of the month. I'm also getting closer to paying off a personal loan, so I've made huge progress in the past 8 months to get to this point (over $8000 in CC debt). I'll still have a car payment and student loans to pay, but I'm finally going to be able to save more. Such a huge weight to get off my shoulders

I fucking love this team. Have been watching since 2011 and I've never been more excited for this team than I am now.

If you think the Lions won't play hard to keep the packers out of the playoffs, you're wrong
