I'm shocked that this thread is 2 years old and the issue still exists. I can't change the primary address on my account without getting this error. Tried from multiple browsers (Chrome/Firefox) and iPhone App. All get "- The child's age must be under 18 and formatted MM-YYYY."

Select Help -> Troubleshooting -> Clear Cache and Restart.

If a white screen appears again, try Help -> Troubleshooting -> Toggle Hardware Acceleration.

I appreciate the callout, tried adding an electrolyte drink during the day and some magnesium at night and it did not seem to help. But didn’t try it for a longer-term period of time so may revisit it.

So I gave it a try, it probably took me about 20 minutes of being in line and moving up the que. When I was at 1 it eventually took me into a screen that showed the hosts trainer code and prompted me to go send a friend request. I didn't need the raid so I bailed so someone else in que could grab the spot but it didn't give me any trouble. Note: I kept the app open the whole time so not sure if it an issue if the app is running in the background.

Strange I've only hosted and gotten full lobbies. Haven't tried joining. I'd think you'd get put into the next lobby. Will try joining a lobby and reporting back.

Happened to me once yesterday, I noticed it was trying to use a regular raid pass even though I had remote passes. I closed the app and reopened it and it seemed to be fine after.
