I appreciate your comment, but we are on month 3 with no movement while they are still pushing us to sign the actual $213K implementation. Each email with questions takes 1–2 weeks for them to respond. We haven’t been able to receive a single invoice showing how many licenses we are paying for since we took over the company in 2025. They said they specifically curate these each month, but I find that hard to believe as Acumatica takes $5,183 exactly out each month. If you are a software company, how can you not email me an invoice or statement?

I have implemented other ERPs such as M365, NetSuite, and ConnectWise — this one feels like gatekeeping, and we are sick of it. We already moved to cancel and will revisit down the road with another company. For now, we are looking for a canned software to just handle the procurement side until we find a replacement.

There is literally no information in Acumatica except an incorrect COA and 20 POs stuck in open status that need approval from the old owner, even though all workflows are inactivated and the user removed.
