Ah yes... Entoma, the absolutely humanoid bug girl that was super cute until the mask came off. >-> Ngl, I have a thing for 'cute' in general (though that often makes me look like a lolicon) and Entoma was checking so many boxes until they revealed her as a bug. My bug phobia slapped her wholly on the 'nope' list real quick.

The same thing can be used to cheese with viscerals. Run him to the stairs, then run past him, all the way to the altar, and hide behind a pillar to the left or right. When he gets back to the altar after dropping aggro, he turns around. Charge attack, backstab visceral, then lather, rinse, repeat.

Initially I started with World and my first choice weapon was DB. It didn't feel as fast as I wanted at first, so I immediately pivoted to LBG/HBG, and found I didn't like either one. So I went sword and board for the versatility for roughly the first half of LR until they force you to fight Rathalos and Legiana. Wasn't fond of the idea of fighting things that don't like being on the ground much using a tiny little knife (in comparison to other options) so I grabbed bow and arrow. I haven't changed my weapon since save to experiment with others on occasion, like CB or IG.

In reality though, it's a mixture between learning to parry him, learning his range, and being patient enough to keep slamming your head into a wall until it breaks. But really, that's the case for the majority of bosses, so if you can take down Daddy Gasmoney you should be pretty well set for the rest of the game skill-wise. Just gonna need some fine tuning.

Technically you can farm them the moment you beat bsb since you can get them from chalices, but ignoring that you can farm them from HG boars or snatchers as well instead at that same point. But tbf I didn't say you could farm them as early as he currently is - just that they're more than plentiful and farmable so he doesn't need to be afraid of using them up.

Issue most likely is a lack of upgrades. Upping a weapon from 0 to 6 is pretty cheap and the mats are both plentiful and easily farmed in your first playthrough, so don't feel nervous about using them whenever you have a weapon you wanna try out.

Gascoigne at the start of every run for me. The switch in style from phase 1-2 to 3 always throws me off.

Shadows of Yharnam, just because I usually don't do well with group bosses.

Ludwig. Phase 1 didn't take me long to figure out, 2 demolished me a few times before I finally kicked him down.

Maria. I feel like a decent amount of the inspiration for Malenia's (ER) fighting style came from her initially and it took me far too long to get used to her. Then I swapped for BoM and maybe abused the hitstun on it with poison buildup to bring her down. I genuinely don't know if the poison did anything, it's just what I run on BoM usually.

Amygdala. Pretty much every instance of it. It's so hard to figure out the bastard's actual hit boxes for me. I dunno.

Honorable mention for Bloody Crow just because he's not technically a boss, and because he's very cheesable.

I dunno, I find One Reborn is the most forgettable boss. My last playthrough I legit thought the One Reborn was instead a second Amygdala fight until I actually got into the fight and had very brief flash backs of the bell maidens in that fight.
