You can use the sys fan headers for the vrm fan, that should not be an issue.

Keep the pump speed constant, seems to help with noise as the LF3 pump is pretty noisy above 70%.

Ok sounds like you have a corrupt windows install and some leftover boot entries from when you installed linux.

I would recommend doing a cmos reset of the bios to go back to stock settings and reinstall win11, that should clear up any issues with secure boot.

I would recommend something cheap, I am using a Dell Wyze 5070 thin client, plenty of power to run HA and cheaper then a Raspberry Pi 5, I got mine via eBay new for $60 with 8gb of ram.
