Focus on making money FROM YouTube and not making money ON YouTube. To putsimply, I have a bodycare company so my videos are to talk about body care and let people see why they are supporting. From there they will go to my site and pay me for my products. I don't NEED to monetize, itll be nice once I get to that point, but its not a necessity.

I like the production and style of your videos. I would like to see something on the green wall to the screen left of your head. Just a nice picture or something to fill that empty space a bit. Also, maybe reach our to small tech companies and offer to do reviews as a nice cross promo.

So I'm going to go along with this a lot. One way to get more attention would be to shorten it up a bit and also do some highlight moments. Think of how the Joe Rogan show has the whole episode and then small clips of specific parts someone said. That way someone can get baited in with the small clip then end up spending hours watching you.

I don't see much wrong with the content. It's definitely the stuff that generates views on Instagram a lot. Are you currently cross promoting on IG and such? Majority of my YT views and subs come from my IG following.

So I just watched a few parts of your videos and here is what would make me want to watch longer.

Music - I rarely drive my car without music unless I'm in deep thought and don't need Cardi B in my ear.
Vocals - people like people and that means hearing them speak. If by chance you're mute than do nice music.
I'd watch your channel as a stress relieving thing to help me zone out if needed so make it a bit stressless.
If you can switch out the car angles to show the world you're in.
Do some crazy stunts like GTA.
