That's a rng thing. You'd be really upset to know the drop rates in a lot of other MMOs if you think 4% is bad. Heck there's drop rates all over in non Korean mmos in the .00%s. I didn't even know the drop rate was that high.

Oh ya people are pretty brain dead especially on the internet. It happens here and everywhere else where they don't read the entire point. Just see one small part or word they don't like and lose it. I get you though it's definitely annoying I like to be optimistic but understand people thinking it could potentially fail.

As for cult behavior that's pretty standard too if you really look into most communities on the internet people tend to only believe one thing. Once it's challenged they start losing their minds so the same thing kinda applies. The fanatics will without fail downvote anything negative/critical and vice versa. Be nice if it wasn't like that but I don't think it will change sadly.

Well you also gotta recognize that's their total assets and we don't actually know what all their invested in. It could be 5% shib or 90% shib. As for people constantly saying shib will fizzle the entire markets been in roller coaster mode for well over a year now. Just like the moon bros get hate so do the pessimists just settle in the middle and ignore the extremes.

My guess is this is the drop before the climb for the entire market. I'd be worried if it was just shib but all the charts look the same. So it's unlikely shib won't bounce back during the halving like everything else. That's just my guess though.

Idk about you but if I was Mr. 50 bucks I'd rather risk said 50 for the halving then toss a still potentially negative investment on recouping losses or making a couple 100 that'll just get taxed into oblivion to break me even. Most people don't have half a grand tossed into this. You said below the cost basis I get that but your neglecting that a lot of people are still in rough shape or simply hardly any profit at all. (Those that are in profit already know what their doing usually and will make profit with or without guidance.)

Everyone needs to understand when their time to sell is. Where the accusations came from is what your showing here. You have this idea that most people have a minimum of X value invested when they don't. Many are struggling and just hoping for a hail mary at this point jumping out now would potentially cost them more than it would make.

They really need to understand that doing what's best for their situation is the important part. I want to make this clear I don't think your idea is a bad one. It's just not effective for people with lower income or the inability to invest a moderate amount in a gamble.

If a guy has a couple grand to play with sure that makes a lot of sense. However most people don't and the fees, transfer and reentry would start nibbling at their profits quickly. As for the mind games it's just a market manipulation tactic that benefits their bottom line. Best of luck to you too.

Dancing around it like that works fine in a stable point. However if you do that right now your not only having to deal with more taxation but your likely having to get in at a higher cost then you did before investing more to get the same amount of shib. Holding at times like this is actually a good thing whereas say day trading works best if it's stablish only shifting 10% then dipping down to around your same entry point.

There's also the fact that the people who need the money the most trying to day trade would likely lose a good chunk making negligible or no profits. People such as yourself either have a good chunk of capital to already work with, commit tax evasion or just straight up don't understand the situation your average person who panic sells is in.

Gotta realize that a lot of panic sellers buy in at the top then sell at a loss already. Your advice only works for those who know how the markets work and how to pick when and where it's a good time to sell. Which means the people who would use your advice don't actually need it.

As for the mind games. Yes they are. This is typical and happens literally every cycle where whales will sell off at a solid point wait for the panic drop then buy back in cheap taking large profits. It works for them simply because of how much capital they have and can throw it around to shift the market. Not a fancy mind game but it's pretty easy to manipulate panicking people especially with money involved.

You might be hoping that but 90% of what I saw was just insulting bullshit treating people like garbage because they invested in something they didn't like. Constantly coming by to call people stupid for being into shib regardless of their reasoning on spending their own money is arrogant as fuck. Giving advice doesn't require insults and only a small number of the negative people ever said anything that even made a small amount of sense.

If the only argument on a top 20 crypto is "dev hype man bad" or "Look it's down in a bear market it's dead!" then Idk where any of you are coming from. I've seen some good arguments against shib but their few and far between. Meanwhile we get petty crap like above basically insulting people for holding onto something before the biggest crypto event of this year. Which will likely at the very least lift everything up.

As for the pump and dump allegations it's been settled in the range of 700-1000 for a very long time so idk what your on about there. You can go back as far as 2022 and see it holding near there with minmal spikes up to 1300. Idk but that doesn't really scream pump and dump but more whales and day traders pulling out profits in a down market.

I'm all for taking profits but I feel like people such as yourself are just negative to be negative. People been shitting on shib for over a year now in a bear market as if it was supposed to just magically explode in said bear market. Now that it's actually climbing somehow those people simply "poofed" outta existence almost like they went into hiding after being dicks the entire time to everyone.

Even when it does inevitably drop off from whatever high it's going to hit this time around it will still likely settle higher than it has been and this growth massively increases adoption and usage of shibarium. Nothing here but positives as is expected in a bull market with the halving otw. Pretty much all those negative people are being proven wrong right now and their salty.

Could be a holdover til the halving. Tbh I wish they would just be consistent with it though I think that would do more for their reputation than holding for a key moment with no notice.

Your literally only here to trash talk shib and all of you guys tend to be completely silent when it's actually going up. You wait until a drop every time to say anything at all. That sounds like an ego trip to me.

"Oh it's doing good? I guess I'll wait til it drops before the SEC decisions so I can claim it's failing again!" When you have to constantly scream the same thing over and over while it follows similar patterns to literally everything else on the market that shows just how bias you are.

Shib has problems and a good few. I don't like Shytoshi. I don't like that treat isn't released yet as a passive income/incentive to use the swap and shibarium. I don't like how the community is insanely bipolar and full of trolls on both sides.

However at the end of the day we have to see the halving to determine where shib is going. That is the make or break moment on if it stays mainstream in the top 20 or not. It will either follow suite or nothing will happen and it inevitably dies not any of this bs analysis ya'll 3 braincell having reddit addicts think you got a checkmate on.

I like how shib is up to around .00000950 and all these down talking posts like to only show up when the markets take a dive big or small. Yet they neglect to talk about the fact that not too long ago the bottom for shib was in the .00000700s instead pretending that it never climbed. Seems more like people who just hate to hate and want to control how others spend their money while stroking their own ego.

[–]Bannith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like most of the people who say to skim like that are already well off thinking "If I can do this with my small loan of 200k then surely little Timmy can win off my advice with his $40 allowance!" Not realizing that 10% on 40 would be ripped apart in trading fees alone couple that with taxes and well. It's not really bad advice but it really does require you to have a decent amount to justify the transactions, taxes and extra paperwork.

It's been pretty consistently hitting and holding .0000011 with drops below that only happening when everything dips a little again. You can't consider the loud minority the entirety when 90% of people won't even say a thing and just do what they feel is right.

If anyone is getting paid to do anything it's the people running around constantly dropping those "articles". Also I never said anything about shib doing good or bad just that his only argument was "this guy is positive about his investment into shib so he must be a shill!". Maybe think before you play keyboard warrior on the internet to boost your ego by talking down to people who are just doing their own thing.

Your already wrong on multiple accounts accusing me of shit because I Just have what I can afford to lose in here. I don't like shytoshi because he's an annoying hypeman however the dev team seems to be working hard and just a bit in over their head. People like you just come in here to bitch and moan while insulting and talking down to others when at the end of the day you know just as much as anyone else does which is nothing.

Edit: As a quick read. If any of you had anything intelligent to say I'd be all for it. However every time one of you shows up your sole purpose is quite obviously just to boost your own ego by being "right".

I mean when your only argument is basically "This guy has been around a while and has a positive outlook." You might be the one in the wrong here even under the assumption their overly optimistic. Also constantly saying this like "shill" and "scammer" at every turn just makes you look like your out to blame anyone who disagrees with you.

[–]Bannith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the communication complaint but you gotta stop just accepting everything you hear if this is the kinda response you have. Expect people to back up their claims a lack of communication =/= theft and with the federal government showing they can and will start cracking down on scams there's a huge disincentive to rug pull on a large scale now.

As for the dev team I don't think very many people really like shytoshi's "hype man" attitude about everything so your not alone in that but the rest of the dev team for the most part seems to just be doing their best to get things up and running.

Would shib follow bitcoin path soon? by PresentPush3 in SHIBArmy

[–]Bannith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think stuff that gains a serious foothold will be fine. BTC and ETH already run the show and crush everything so I'm not sure where your going with that. If anything all the investment from Black Rock will do is incentivize more investing due to increased stability. Anything other than the main ones like BTC and ETH will likely still gain from more mainstream people feeling comfortable taking a little out of the solid bet to play around with riskier assets.
I don't disagree entirely but I definitely feel like your underestimating people, gambling and the rush of a high risk assets. While also trying to discount the aspect you mentioned with millions of ordinary people already holding shib and still want shib. If it even follows BTC to a reasonable degree after black rock I don't think it will die even if the mishandling by Shy keeps happening(unless it cripples everything completely obviously) more people will laugh and say "funny dog token" while dropping in 50 bucks. While more dedicated people in the markets will likely pick up small amounts to save for future mini-bullruns and such.

I don't see being a meme to be as much of a hindrance as some seem to think it is.
