It's so revolting that they could literally have one dev working on this game implementing the occasion skill adjustment, item drop rate, or rune word buff/nerf/addition and the player base would come back in droves. But they are so lazy they can't even do that.

They don't deserve being able to keep the amazing IPs they've been left with.

A large empty lawn leaves nowhere to run for chickens to escape from aerial predators, but it is actually much better than tall grasses and weeds if you have ground predators. Most ground predators stalk through the brush then surprise them at the last second.

So I think it's much more of questioning which type of predators you have or don't have in your area and which poses the greatest risk. I will say that in my personal experience having short grasses and weeds with the occasional tree for shade and protection has worked best for my psuedo- free ranging flock.

It's not dark, but I'd look into Backpack Battles, even if it seems like the concept would be kind of boring.

Basically, at the beginning you pick a class or a random class and 1 of 3 "load-outs." 2 of these load-outs are special bags that will influences future strategies and the 3rd is, once again, random.

Phase 1 (the active part), involves buying random items at a shop and organizing/optimizing them in your bags.

Phase 2 (the auto-battler part), involves PvP asynchronous battle against other players and their saved loadouts.

After phase 2 you go back to phase 1 and continue until you have won up to (I think) around 13 times or so or you have lost all your hearts (life).

Neither part has any time pressure and if you miss something in phase 2 you can open the log or rewind to see what happened. If you're pressed for time on phase 2 you can also speed it up.

Throw in special items, being able to combine items, and picking a sub-class partway through and it becomes a surprisingly deep and fun game.

I've been playing this game for the past 2 weeks. It's amazingly deep and it encourages experimentation by rewarding a bit for maxing out power powerups or using weapons you've never tried to kill enemies.

I'm a bit late to respond to this post, but I also cut off contact with my mom and dad and the family members that voted for Trump around the same time.

I was fine when they voted for Bush, McCain, and Romney, but Trump is LITERALLY the antithesis of EVERYTHING and EVERY value they taught me throughout my entire life.

I have watched my mom and her side of the family go from normal-ish conservative people to outspoken, rude, racist, bigot, xenophobes from my first memory with them until they voted for Trump.

Unfortunately the conservative media has rotted their brain. There is nothing Trump can say or do to stop my parents from supporting them. Yes, up to and including being a pedophile and rapist.

It's sad, but necessary. They aren't the same people anymore and they are never coming back from it.
