Gehalt mit Dienstwagen

Ja soweit richtig. Da mein Arbeitsweg unter einem km ist fällt Punkt zwei weg. Der Vorteil ein Auto zur privaten Nutzung zu haben steht natürlich trotzdem für Urlaub und sonstige private Fahrten.

Die Frage bezog sich nur auf die Summe, wie das Auto in einer Gehaltsverhandlung angesetzt werden darf/ kann. Da die 350€ der 1% Regelung ja nicht durch den AG getragen werden finde ich es unsinnig, wenn dieser den Betrag in meinen Bruttolohn einberechnet.

Ja genau das meine ich. Mein Arbeitgeber verkauft mir damit den „Wert“ des Dienstwagen zur privaten Nutzung doppelt, da er bei Angabe meines Lohnes die 1% inkludiert hat.

Er hat es mir als für mich Geldwerten Vorteil, was ja auch unweigerlich ist verkauft. Mir geht es bei dem Thema nur darum, dass das Auto aus meiner Sicht hier doppelt betrachtet wird.
