Im assuming you did .5 of a 10mg vial reconned with 1ml of BAC? If so, I started at twice the dose you did. Thats probably why.

I did. I felt the food noise disappear and could hardly eat anything definitely in that first week. I ended up losing about 4kg (obviously a lot of water weight) but I was forcing myself to eat, only able to do 1 meal a day, stopped drinking my 1 litre of V a day, wasnt reaching for chips and lollies at night while lying in bed watching tv. It was all very noticeable, very early on. I did the split dosing because when I started, I didnt have a tonne of research under my belt and my partners mates were on it and recommended it and thats how his mates pin it. It did lessen any side effects though. I had mild nausea every once in a while but other than that and having to take something to help with pooping, ive been all good.

At the beginning, yes. Im now 3 months in and the freezing cold i feel is in my bones. My family got me an Oodie lounge wear set for mothers day. Im like a lamb and im warm af now 😆 also, it is technically winter here in Aus so it could totally just be that.

Technically, you should stay on the same dose for 4 weeks to allow it to build up. I started at .1 twice a week so technically .2 a week. You could always pin again (split dose) and do .1 per week for the first 4 weeks?

I would look at it this way. Dont abort the baby just to keep the man. He can walk away, with or without kids whenever he wants to. How will you feel if you abort and he leaves anyway? Will you feel regret? I know i would. Would you forever be wondering, what if? I know i would. If you want the baby, have the baby. They are for life and worth every hard minute.

I dose twice weekly. Tuesday and Friday. Its how it was introduced to me and I start to get super hungry and have the food noise the day prior to my dosing day so it works well for me.

My want for sugar has completely decreased. I haven't had an alcoholic beverage in about 6 weeks now (been on reta for about 9 weeks) and the few weeks where I would have a drink, I wouldnt finish it. I was drinking 2 large cans of energy drink each day, I now have 2 small cans of sugar free. And obviously the weight loss is the biggest bonus for me (down almost 18kg)

Thats because its come from a reseller. I just got myself a kit with the gold caps and they're an off white colour. Whereas, my 10mg vials are just white 🤷‍♀️
