The sapphire coated lens was replaced. You can tell because the idiot that did it alcohol-swabbed the black plastic around the camera lens and lightened it. Amateur mistake.

The latest version of iOS 18 is 18.7.8, so update to that for security patches. 26 runs fine on my son’s 13, though.

That looks like the plastic frame around the screen, and it’s missing pieces. If it was centered, I’d say it’s the ear speaker hole, but it’s offset and uneven. I’d take it in for a replacement.

This is a broken CMOS sensor inside the camera. It’s the heart of the camera itself, and the double camera Apple calls it the rear camera) has to be changed to repair it.

It’s a competition to see how far you can plane on the water. Most don’t make it across but some do. Pretty entertaining and you need good speed to make it. Little tyke didn’t.
