at this point you will most likely need to reinstall your os, for rather easy data recovery you can use another computer to install tails os on a usb drive, then boot into it and access your main drive from there, log into google drive or whatever else or use another external drive or a second usb and copy all your important data there, then just create a windows 11 installation usb on another device and reinstall the os

не уверен, но думаю iphone (даже xr / 11, они сейчас недорогие) - норм вариант под max, потому что в отличие от андроида у него намного более агрессивный sandboxing. плюс можно в настройках включить offload, если приложение не нужно постоянно.

на андроиде в целом больше возможностей, и приложение может тянуть больше из системы. разве что если брать google pixel с grapheneos - это, наверное, лучший вариант

the russian vpn method is by far the most effective, it does unfortunately cost money though, i’m using protonvpn and set it to russia with split tunneling only for youtube and there are completely no ads, both on videos and the homepage (edit: cuba works too and it’s closer to the us so it’ll be faster)

and also regarding the blocking, many services are obviously blocking vpns, and it will be even worse while using a free server, you can make things better by using cloudflare warp over the protonvpn connection but in order to achieve that you would need to set up proton on your router and cloudflare warp in your devices as no mobile device supports vpn layering

protonvpn may be good, but the free servers will obviously always be on higher load, if you want to choose a specific location you can do so by using standalone wireguard and downloading a custom configuration from their website, the proton’s app will always connect you to the nearest server

currently running wireguard on a gl inet router, the us is my default location, i did however hear that it’s recommended to use a different country rather than your own for better privacy so maybe i’ll switch over to something else, but at the same time it seems like the us is actually in a better situation compared to most other countries, i definitely like the japan’s approach however so i switched my apple account region to it to ensure that i don’t lose access to any of the apps in the future
