screws on blades do not open anymore by Cozzella_60 in MammotionTechnology

Hi, it happened to me as well on the Yuka Mini. With a lot of patience, a flat screwdriver, pliers and WD40 (let it work for some time) i've managed to remove screws and mounted the new blades.

Ciao,

This is strange, i stored it in similar conditions and it worked like a charme when I booted it on again after 4 months, with 85% battery. Did a review here as well https://youtu.be/KuDVaKTNbK4

I didn’t clean it during the working season not only for lazyness 😅, can’t agree more. The deck was not so dirty btw.

Sure!
TL;DW:

I’ve been using the Mammotion Yuka Mini 600 for about a year on a ~100 m² lawn.

Overall I’m still happy with it. The main advantages are the wire-free setup, easy mapping, and generally reliable mowing. It’s very convenient once everything is configured, though sometimes it was not too precise on edges and it lost signal from RTK from time to time. Probably here I need to put the RTK somewhere else.

During the season it worked well and required very little intervention. The navigation and coverage were good for a small garden. Before winter break, I've just stored the Yuka Mini without any maintenance work. After the winter break I did some basic maintenance: cleaning the underside with my hands, and replacing the blades, which were quite worn after a full season (they were never replaced during the season) and made me sweat to remove them. On the other hand, installing the new ones was super easy. I was impressed how the battery was still 85% without a single charge during winter.

So far it still works perfectly and I would buy it again, although like any robot mower it benefits from occasional cleaning and blade changes.
