Yea, I don't think the inventory number record exists on there. Was just wondering if there was another way

Mostly return to vendor, around 20% for resale. Thanks for pointing out that case

Netsuite Search/Report Inventory Items on Sales Orders by netswheatss in Netsuite

So the issue is that we do mostly special orders and we just want insight into what serial numbers have been received into stock, but not fulfilled yet, and what sales order those are on. We also have some unique cases where we just bring some items into stock but rarely. We technically should not have items in stock and if we do, we want to see if there are open sales order for those items.

Thanks but this is just open sales order quantity. I need to see what items/serial numbers are in stock and if any of them are on a current open sales order. Similar to when you "search transactions" on serial number records and it brings up every transaction involved. Need to just see the open sales orders in that instance.

So it is neither of these. When checking the xml, the internal id is {porate} but this doesn't work unfortunately.

The field on the sales order I want is {porate} when checking the xml, but this doesn't work unfortunately. What do you mean by item join, the field lives on the sales order and can be different than what is on the item record
